Developed by
the national office of the award-winning Project WILD, the cross-curricular
Flying WILD program supports educators and students with
interdisciplinary, real-world learning, correlated to National
Science Education Standards and New York State Learning Standards
in Science, Math, Language Arts, and Social Studies. GVAS and
the BirdCOR program is proud to be City Partner for Flying WILD
in Rochester, NY.

How
to Register for a future Flying WILD Leader Workshop
The workshop is a 3-hour "flight" through the Flying WILD
materials and sample activities. Participants receive the program
guidebook as well as introduction to community resources.

projects, cooperative fundraising programs.

Flying WILD Network BirdCOR has trained and certified more than 130
educators from over 30 school districts, associations, organizations,
and governmental agencies. Follow the link on our home
